Shipping and payment
We offer the option of sending goods via different shipping companies to any of your addresses (can be additionally limited based by your country of final delivery). Available countries for shipping are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland
For orders over 100 EUR (can be different for certain countries), shipping is automatically FREE - it only applies to orders up to 5 kg in weight, above this amount the price is calculated individually according to the shipping company's price list.
Payment options
In addition to the classic payment by bank transfer and payment upon receipt, we also offer a very popular and fast method of payment by card via a payment gateway.
Payment on delivery – Not yet available outside of Czechia
Payment by bank transfer – After creating an order, you will receive an email with instructions for payment to our account held at FIO banka. As soon as we receive your payment, we will immediately ship the goods.
Payment by card via a payment gateway – The fastest payment is undoubtedly an online transaction via our payment gateway held at GoPay. After creating an order, the system will automatically redirect you to the payment gateway and guide you through the entire process.
