PoE IP Cameras and NVR Recorders

PoE IP cameras get power and data over a single Ethernet cable – no socket needed at the camera and no Wi-Fi dropouts. Here you’ll find cameras from 5 MP to 4K, multi-lens models and NVR recorders for continuous recording.

How to choose a PoE camera

  • Resolution: 5 MP is enough for a driveway or garden – RLC-520A (dome) or RLC-510A (bullet). 4K picks out details at a longer distance – RLC-810A or RLC-811A with 5× optical zoom.
  • Night vision: classic black-and-white infrared, or full colour at night, e.g. the CX810 with ColorX technology.
  • Wide view and tracking: OMVI 3i PoE with three lenses (180° panorama plus a rotating lens), E1 Outdoor SE PoE with auto-tracking.
  • Shape: a dome is discreet under the eaves, a bullet is visible and deters intruders.

What else you’ll need

The cameras are powered by a PoE switch (e.g. the TP-Link TL-SG1005P) or a 48V PoE injector. Record to a microSD card in the camera, to the Reolink RLN8-410 NVR, or via RTSP to Home Assistant and Frigate – see our guide Reolink integration with Home Assistant.
