Smart Surveillance Capabilities

The camera is equipped with intelligent detection technology that can accurately distinguish between people, vehicles, and pets, which significantly reduces the occurrence of false alarms. Furthermore, its 180-degree panning mechanism works in tandem with an auto-tracking function to ensure that moving subjects remain in focus across a wide area. Two-way audio is also supported via a built-in microphone and speaker, enabling direct communication with individuals near the camera.

Night Vision and Deterrence

For low-light conditions, the RLC-81PA features dual night vision modes, utilizing infrared LEDs for clear black-and-white footage up to 30 meters, alongside integrated spotlights that enable full-color night recording. The camera enhances security through active deterrence by triggering an audible siren and flashing spotlights whenever an intruder is detected. These warning systems can be configured to operate automatically or triggered manually through the companion application.

Network Connectivity and Storage

Operating on Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology, this camera simplifies installation by transmitting both power and data through a single Ethernet cable. It offers flexible storage solutions for continuous, scheduled, or motion-triggered recordings without requiring additional subscription fees. Users can save their surveillance footage locally on a microSD card of up to 256GB, a dedicated Reolink NVR, or an FTP server.
